Residents may tend to spend more and find it difficult to save. 　　　But the huge amount of water flowing in and out of the harbour can boost residents' relationships. It's good for single men and women, who may acquire many admirers, but married couples should grow some plants on the west side of the flat to absorb water and thus the corresponding influences. 　　　Since Casa Marina is located far from any mountains which could foster friendships and networking, this private housing estate is suitable for people whose jobs don't require so much human interaction. 　　　Instead, it suits stock-market players and foreign-exchange invest tors who pay attention to global markets. Thus the feng shui here can help you hold onto money. 　　　The rocky mountain located at the back of this private estate is a bad ele ment, as stones suggest friction, and therefore tension among friends and colleagues could develop.
