This week, we find out why sea views are so valuable and why cemeteries shouldn't be shunned.

Property name: Le Sommet
Address: 28 Fortress Hill Road, North Point
Area: biggest flat 1, 835 sq ft, smallest flat 765 sq ft

LE Sommet is an especially good address for those involved .in international trade and business. The flats face the sea, which symbolises good fortune flowing in from all over the world. If a flat faces a lake or a river, the resident is likely to create wealth locally.

Residents of Le Sommet should also benefit from luck in financial matters. The flats face the breadth of Victoria Harbour and the old Kai Tak airport runway, jutting out into the harbour, forming the image of a barrier. This symbolises a pocket holding money and, by extension, the idea of holding onto money.

The higher the flat, the better the sea view and the better the feng shul. I would suggest residents put a fish tank or grow some plants near the window facing the sea which can heip attract the "prosperity chi" (natural energy) from the outside world.

Property name: Leighton Hill
Address: 1 Leighton Hill Road, Happy Valley
Area: biggest flat 2,600 sq ft, smallest flat 1,300 sq ft

THANKS to the protective hil[ that gave Leighton Hill half it's name, the feng shut in this property is good.

A number of wealthy people live in this area and local residents tend to enjoy a stable career and prosperity.

There is a misconception among Chinese people that if your flat faces a cemetery, you will have bad feng shul.

Some Leighton Hill flats face part of a cemetery. In fact, this increases the residents? chances of earning extra money and having good luck in investments.

But they should take care of their health and there is an easy way to do it: keep a feng shui wine bottle near the windows facing the cemetery and this will absorb evil forces that cause diseases.

Property name: Les Saison
Address: 28 Tai On Street, Sai Wan Ho
Area: biggest flat 1,000 sq ft, smallest flat 700 sq ft

THE four blocks of Les Saison are located along the seafront of Sai Wan Ho facing the mouth of the Lei Yue Mun River. Because of land reclamation, the mouth of the river has become narrower and the water flows out faster, which diverts the normal flow of chi. This makes it harder for residents to save money as they will be inclined to spend more.

There is a large mountain located at the back of this private housing estate. But it is so ruined by erosion that it no longer provides good forces. On the contrary, it can adversely affect the academic performance of young residents, and children will tend to be naughtier. I would advise against setting up a home office from this complex.

The flats are, however, good for people who enjoy an exciting social life and people in show business.
